The room was rather tired and well overdue for refurbishment. Some odd smells. The walls were quite dirty and there was a used razor in the shower. The shower itself was quite low-set, so anyone taller than 5'8" would have difficulty standing under it. Quite overpriced, for what it was.

It was a great hotel close to centre of the village with all the basics you need

The location of the hotel is perfect. It's very close to the cablecar station (having said that, it's bit of a struggle to get there as the pavements are not cleaned around the hotel!)

Although the hotel advertises as family friendly it is not!! We stayed 7 nights and 3 of them there was a noise from the adjacent rooms where students were partying till 3:30am on one occasion. Rooms are not clean at all, whoever is staying has to clean after themselves and I doubt the staff even checks before the next occupant checks in. Staff is extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. When we complained about the noise they just shrugged their shoulders and asked "what do you want?" and then said we should knock on a door and ask them to be quiet. Pavement around the hotel is not cleaned so it was worse than an ice rink (rest of the village is ok though!). If you're a family and want some piece don't think of going there, it's a student place

The room is rather small. We rent 4 person studio with cabin. It's comfotable for 2 person (as we lived). But it is not anought for 4. But it's ok accordig hotel price.

The village as such, the apartment was not far from the village and the apartment was perfect for a couple for a few days!

The fact that you are not directly on the ski slopes, you need to walk 5 to 10 minutes to get there.

Cheap hotel

Very unusual hotel situation....the main reception is in another block, you enter your block into a pitch black reception room...ok for budget boarders and skiers. The room has 2 sofa beds and a set of children's bunk beds to sleep on.

furniture is OLD and not comfortable. Very noisy, the reception is not always open. Blanket are quite old and doubtfully clean.

No kettle; Staff unable to communicate in English; Ski lockers too small to hold ski boots; We were given a room that had not yet been made up - used beds, used & dirty crockery, towels, etc. and experienced enormous communication hurdles to get fresh linen, towels, etc.
